Columns not laying out properly in IE

Hi All,

I am having the some layout problem with my site: http://www.thefreedompartynyc.com

It looks correct in firefox + safari, but is totally screwy in IE Browsers (PC). (i.e. the right column is mis-aligned.)

I know this is a simple fix – and I suspect that the cforms.css on my “Make Reservations” page is causing the issues, but I have NO idea how to resolve.

Are there any tools / plug-ins like *Firebug* available for IE6 browsers (PC)?

Any help / advice is appreciated.
