Colored link in calendar widget dates

In Tiny Forge, visually, we cannot see if any date on the calendar widget contained an article and we must pass the cursor over the dates to highlight them. What modifications to the CSS must be done to have those date containing an article appeared in bold blue as in theme WP 2011 for example.
