   I have a dark green background and want to change my text color. How do I change the color of my text to white?

   Text size, color, etc. is controlled by the style.css file. Make changes, experiment - the best way to learn.

   Thank you very much kmessinger. While I've been in the media for years, blogging is brand new for me and still finding my way. Is the "style.css file" option in "edit posts" section?

   Hi,

   You can find the style.css file edit option from wordpress admin area -> appearance -> editor option..click on style.css from right side in order to edit it..

   I have asked this question everywhere..and once I figure this out..I'll be on my way. I read the above about changing color of text..but when I checked it out it mentioned something about purchasing an upgrade to do this..is this for real..do I have to purchase css upgrade to change my text color???????????

   huh? purchase an upgrade?

   do you have a self hosted wordpres? Or a wordpress.com site?
