the ‘bad’ one is using the plugin ‘Spam Free WordPress’ which seems to influence the formatting of the comment area.
apart from deactivating the plugin – which you have possibly installed for a reason – I have not really a good suggestion.
changing the formatting would likely be a tedious task, and is in my opinion beyond the possiblities of this forum.

I have two WP-websites: <www.misdruk.nl> and <www.hemeltjeliefs.nl>. On both I use the same Theme: Twenty Eleven.
On misdruk: the box for comments is black in black. I like it very much.
On hemeltjeliefs the box for comments is much taller, and white on black. I hate that!
I can’t find how to correct this.
