   Currently when I hover over the Categories in my sidebar, the color is white. I would like it to be #0B96D0. I have changed my stylesheet (`#sidebar a:hover{color:#0B96D0; background-color:#0B96D0}') ... but it does not seem to work. Should I overwrite the color somewhere else?
