    Does that theme come with a section in the dashboard named something like, "Custom CSS" or "Custom Styles"?

    It does have custom field for css: see bellow.
    ....
    Enter your custom CSS styles. You can enter custom CSS styles. It will overwrite the default style.
    .....

    This might work. Now I need the correct (css text) to place in.

    Now you know where to place the CSS, you could enquire CSS-specific issues on CSS-specific forums.

    Andrew,
    I like your font on your titles...

    I cant make it work on my custom css: see here:

    h1
    {
    color:#b58a00;
    text-align:left;
    font-family:"Josefin Slab";

    }

    .......What is the correct font css line?

    thanks again

    The font-family CSS property will only work if fonts are available by default to the browser. Here's a list of common fonts, that are available by default.

    Other fonts need to be embedded in, using either Cufon or Font-Face. I used font-face.

    Technique for font-face:

    • Search for the font on Font Squirrel
    • Download that font
    • Go to Font Squirrel's font-face generator page
    • Follow instructions to generate font-face files
    • Download & unzip the generated files
    • Look into the .html page to see the CSS within the <head> section, for demonstration of how to assign the fonts to your elements
    • Implement this within the Custom CSS are of the dashboard
    • Move the fonts downloaded into a specified directory, perhaps within wp-content/themes/yourTheme/fonts
    • Make sure your CSS uses the correct directory when referring fonts.
