Error message

Hey Guys,

I am getting an error when I try to edit de html of my site it says:

I tried contacting my theme support (graphene) and they said:
“The issue you’re describing is a permission issue on the server, not caused by the theme. FTP to your site and change the files and folder permissions to the appropriate ones. If you don’t know how to do that, contact your hosting provider and ask them to do it for you.”

And then I tried contacting the hosting and he said it had nothing to do with the hosting (godaddy) because the site is up fine. he said I should contact wordpress because it is something with the codex.
