I need help about some codes a shown on my page like this :

I did remove my original theme and did install a free wp theme but its still showing these codes on my site :(
Does any one know how i can fix this ? I never did run into such problem before.
any help will make my day happy again - thank you :)

i am going to try and remove and then reinstall wp.
