Code problem / plugin conflict

I’m trying to implement the plugin on my live site, but I found a problem that you can see in this link http://goo.gl/FPfPai, is it a conflict with some plugin or a code problem?

on my test website everything was ok, the post has only writen <p>[ratings]</p> nothing more
