Code my theme?

    Hi, I am good with CSS and HTML and all that, and I know some php. I just do not have the time to learn how to make my own wordpress theme. So, if I provide all the graphics and the layout how I want it to look, I want someone to make the theme for me.

    Anyone willing, I will set up the licensing deal with.
