   Great plugin, one small problem.

   Editors are unable to select admin users as an author or co-author. I'm also using User Role Editor, but I can't think of something that would prevent this from happening.

   Is it possible to change this?

   Does the issue persist when you have all plugins deactivated?

   What changes have you made with User Role Editor?

   What is your search query, and what user are you expecting to see?

   User Role Editor is definitely the root of the problem, with that deactivated Co-Authors queries the admin users fine.

   I ended up using the "Members" plug-in instead of the "User Role Editor" plug-in and the problem no longer existed.
