CMS - Post Title Redirection ... (5 posts)

    Hi all,

I'm trying to use WordPress as a CMS/Page updater - in which only the backend/admin section is being used. All posts are redirected to our external site using the Loop to bring in the articles, etc...

This is working well, but I have a question about one remaining aspect of this design.

When we use the rss feed or the read more feed the title (rss) or the "Read More ..." links go to the pages the WP creates for the post. I would like them to go to a page I created, on our external site, for these single posts.

How would I go about doing that? This would be especially needed with the RSS method of intergrating with our site - not so much for the loop.

Thanks for any advice or suggestions. :)

    Daf

One possibility could be this plugin:

    Hi Michael,

I saw that plugin - it won't work, I don't think, in my case because I need the post ID present to populate the target page - like WP does. Know what I mean? I don't just need a redirect I need the function used by WP to display a post in the Single Page template - but instead of the Single Page Template I want to use my own page. :)

    Thanks!
