   Hi

   My sites is http://www.katetoon.com

   I recently upgraded my CMS navigation plug in, only for my navigation to disappear entirely.

   I've followeed the instructions
   http://wpml.org/wordpress-cms-plugins/migrating-from-cms-navigation-to-sitepress/

   And updated all instances of
   Top tabs <?php cms_navigation_menu_nav() ?> to <?php do_action(’icl_navigation_menu’); ?>

   Sidebar <?php cms_navigation_page_navigation() ?> to <?php do_action(’icl_navigation_sidebar’); ?>

   But still no sign of my navigation.
   Any ideas?

   When I look at your site, I see no trace of the new WPML plugin. Normally, there should be a CSS file that it loads, but it's not there.

   Are you sure that it's activated?
