My mission:
Make http://www.proomoo.org into a site where people can sign up, get their own page and update the simple static layout's images, text, etc.
Lets say that you sign up for a "blog", sign in and instead of seeing the dashboard you see your new site with the ability to click on the images and text to change it.
Is there any simple way to use wordpress for this?

I forgot to tell you that I use the multi user version of wordpress (of course), but thats not what this is about. This is about turning the dashboard into a wysiwyg cms. Not with the possibility to move things around, but to change the images and text, like pagelime.
Check out proomoo.org and go to one of the band pages there to see what I'm going to make a cms for.
