OK I know there is a plug-in to install a CMA form, which allows visitors to fill out a CMA request. I do NOT know HTML, or anything else
for that matter. Can anyone explain how to do this? Appreciate your feedback.

Not sure what CMA is, but what about one of these:

A CMA is a comparative market analysis- the plug-in generates a form that a prospect fills out and then emails back to me. I looked at the instructions regarding this plug-in:To add the CMA Request form to any page. Go to admin section->write->page, then make sure you click on the "HTML" tab of the post feild. Then in the post field enter "<!--CMA Form-->" without the quotes. Publish the page.
Great- where is the admin>write>page???
Login to your blog's admin, click on Pages in the left side menu, click on Add New.
