I was trying to extol the virtues of WordPress to someone, when he came back with:
"I refuse to use word press... and any decent host will block its use until it figures out how to close sessions"
Well, I've NEVER heard of this before, and never had any problems with it. What's he on about?

maybe mysql sessions? don't know.
I've never had problems on the two shared hosts I've been on, with both rev 1.x and rev 2.x code, nor on my home test boxes. So he'd have to explain further -- and what version of WP, PHP, and MySQL his 'issues' are with. ;)
