Closing Quotes

I apologize if this question has been answered before – I did search the forums for blockquote problems but I am not certain this is my issue.

I would like the quotes that appear at the beginning of my post http://www.thingsinyourhead.com/?page_id=338%5D

to also close at the end. Is this a matter of missing the image or a css line that is not closed properly. I have put in the and made sure it is there – *even tried to put the <../p> after in the html part of the post but it doesn’t seem to take. Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
