Close this box button refreshes the entire page

    Hello,

    I am using the pop up plugin on my site test.fairmediacouncil.org. My theme is duena and Im using WP version 3.8.1. The plugin was working great and I want to continue using it. I now have the issue that the popup “close this window” X refreshes the page entirely rather than closing the box. This happened only after I activated another plugin called Q2W3 Fixed Widget. Is there a way I can rectify this with out having to choose between the two plugins?

    Hi @fairmediacouncil,

    Greetings and thanks for posting on the forums.

    I have tested it on my test site using latest version of Q2W3 Fixed Widget (Sticky Widget) plugin and it worked fine.

    Just make sure to check the Q2W3 Fixed Widget plugin option “Use jQuery(window).load() hook” from the following path.

    Admin area -> Appearance -> Fixed Widget Options -> Compatibility

    I have also checked it on your site test.fairmediacouncil.org and found it’s working fine.

    Please advise.
