Cloriato theme and removing front page code

Hi this is the first time i have posted on here…… here we go, hope it makes sense……

I have been using the cloriato theme (purchased version) and within the code changing a lot of the settings for the front page. the slider has stopped working and i believe this is something to do with the plugins i have now installed.

I have now downloaded the plugin ‘wow slider’ and inserted this into the front page code but if i remove all the code for the slider i also loose the white box background that is around the slider.

Please can someone advice me on what to delete ?
