I cloned an existing WP site using a Rackspace Cloudserver. The new site received a new IP address, however, when I login to the WP site, it redirects me to the former site. I'm assuming I can replace the IP address in specific files and then upload them via FTP. If this is correct, which files do I need to update?

Posted 10 months ago #I think WP gets that link from the database. You can try to access your database directly (via phpmyadmin or whatever your host uses) and edit the entry "siteurl" in the wp_options table. But be CAREFULL when editing the database!
