Clockstone Theme SEO issues

    Hello everyone , i just hit a roadblock with clockstone theme , i like it so much and i almost finished the design for site based on it , but now i wanted to enter some custom SEO titles, descriptions and meta tags for posts using All in one SEO , but it only updates Titles and not descriptions and meta tags , i am checking it on seocentro .

    Clockstone has inbuilt SEO options which do not work at all with WP 3.4

    Changing to Twenty eleven with AIO SEO pack works fine but when i try it with clockstone it just updates titles .
    I Tried Youst SEO and Platinum SEO with same results .

    So is there any hope that i can still use this theme or i should switch to another ?

    P.S. any recomendations for theme maybe ? Thesis is good for SEO but look awful imo .
