I have a client that currently has a website setup on Blogger & wants to add an interactive newsletter w/RSVP functions that integrate onto a calendar on his site.

Is this possible on the Blogger platform? (I'm not familiar with it at all)

What are his options for wanting this type of newsletter/calendar on his website?

He would also like to add a New Patient registration form on his website, is there a plugin that can take care of this?

Or would it be best to migrate his site over to say WordPress? Perhaps there is a plugin that will do this much better than on the Blogger platform?

Is there a Blogger to WordPress easy transfer so I wouldn't have to duplicate all of this website & maybe just adjust a few things?

This is a WordPress forum - not Blogger, so not the place to ask Blogger questions.

For moving to WP - see: http://codex.wordpress.org/Importing_Content#Blogger

There are many different WP plugins for newsletters, calendars and forms, yes - you can find them here:

I know this is a WP forum, I was detailing my current situation.

I'm just worried about having to re-do a lot of styling on the website if i move it over from blogger to WP (I'm the most familiar with WP but have never done a port/move)

That links talks about "New Blogger" & "Old Blogger" and the old is not port-able.

Any idea how to tell if I have the new or old blogger so I can figure out the porting/move of it to WP?

No idea - not familiar with Blogger at all, sorry. But so far as I know, only content gets moved that way, so yes, you'd have to create a new site in WP...
