Client Login

I’m using the trial version of AC. I have configured the plugin, added a client to the AC people database. When I try to login through my WP page I get a popup ” do you want to save or open index.json from xxx.manageprojects.com?” I can submit an anonymous ticket and it works in AC. The forgot your password function is not working either. Suggestions?
