Clicking on right bar categories: Says ‘Sorry, no

    Hi,
    I have wordpress 1.01 up and running locally to test and all seems to work fine apart from when I click on a category that I know has at least 10 posts.
    When I click on this category all I get is the message ‘Sorry, no posts matched your criteria.’. What have I missed?
