Clicking linked image prompts error message

I’m working on a website for someone who is using a ThemeForest theme called PressEvent (not sure if this is what’s causing the issue).

I’m trying to do a simple link of the vendor images on a page to their respective websites.

When I edit the image link so it will click through to the respective website, I get an error message:

“Image cannot be loaded. Make sure the path is correct and image exists”

I’ve tried editing via Visual and directly via Text. Clearly I’m missing something. I’m a newbie to WordPress code and trying to learn.

Here’s the page I’m attempting this on (try the “Fresh and Alive” image link at the bottom and you’ll see the error message)
