"Click Here To" text is blurry

Hi, wandering if anyone can help..?

I noticed that when I was on my checkout page (and other WC pages) that the following was blurry:
the Paypal logo
the “Click here to …” text
the “I’ve read and accept the terms & conditions” text

I changed the colour to purple so its easier to spot/see so if anyone knows why it is like this, and can help me fix it, it would be much appreciated.

P.S.
If you highlight the text, it looks fine. Now I don’t know if that will help with solving it or not but thought I should mention it..
