try as I might, I cannot get the click count to work - I have tried all ways of configuring the settings and can find nothing on google - any ideas please? Without this function, this (otherwise excellent) plugin is useless to me...

I have the same problem.
And it was mentioned before by other users too... have a look at this:

It doesn't count my clicks either. I know they've been clicked as I can tell from my analytics.
There no longer seems to be any support for this plugin, so will have to look elsewhere.
