• I’m using this plugin for a site and it’s awesome. Super easy to use, and adds some great functionality that helps keep people on my site longer by diving deeper through my articles.

    Great job Sean!

I’m glad you like it, Chris! Be sure and let me know if you’d like to see more functionality added to either the core or through an add-on. I’ll be extended SCC in multiple directions in the future!

Aw man I have a couple ideas for this baby actually, maybe for some add-ons. Ever since you dropped this plugin I was thinking of other functionality.

1.) Affiliate Add-On – the ability to add any links you want, like affiliate links for example, so people can see at the bottom (or top) of each post what tools you use and recommend. Solid.

2.) Related Posts Add-On – I guess the plugin is kind of already functioning in this way to a degree since it’s pulling posts from the same course, but maybe there’s a way to beef it up so it’s more random, or maybe pulls from categories, tags, etc..

3.) Restricted Content Add-On – so if you wanted to use the body of the article as a teaser, or just regular content, you could have some restricted content that “unfolds”, prompting folks to sign up for a membership to access the restricted content. Give away the “why”, but sell the “how”

Let me know what you think big dawg!

    Now we’re talking!

    1. I couldn’t really wrap my head around that one. Can you explain it in more detail? Any examples out there exist already? I think I may be missing the context.

    2. Not a bad idea at all. I agree that this plugin is already a post grouping but it most certainly doesn’t hurt to append related posts from the blog to the course box. Just because it’s not part of the course doesn’t mean it’s not relevant. Good idea!

    3. I’ve already got this one on my dry erase board. 😀

    Thanks for the feedback!
