Hello. Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro. When you say “not manually” do you mean not using something like PHPMyAdmin or not through the admin interface? If you use PHPMyAdmin you can remove the entries in the wp_pmpro_membership_orders table. However, a word of caution…be careful with order rows dealing with existing members because we use that during cancellation. As always make a backup of your database before editing it. Hope this helps. Thanks again.

Yes i know I can delete orders in the “Orders” section by clicking one by one. I have just been testing and now have a lot of “Reports” and “Orders” data that i want cleared before launching to the public. I don’t see an area where I can clear the “Reports” data and set everything back to zero. Please advise.

    Hey there,

Using the gist you posted, you will need to be logged into an administrator level account and add ?pmprocleardata=1 to the end of the your homepage URL. This will trigger the function to fire and you should see details as the data is being cleared.

Just make sure you know what you’re doing and always back up your database first!

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks,
    Jess
