Cleanprint Include Slideshow on Homepage

I have had to use the class=” cleanprint-include” on quite a lot of my homepage elements to get them to show up correctly. However, I cannot get the slideshow area on the homepage to show correctly even though I (think) have added class=” cleanprint-include” to every div that it uses.
