   I'm looking after a blog for a local municipal candidate and while I knwo it's easy to disable commenting, I want to remove any reference to commenting from the blog.

   We're using 2.0.4 and Christopher Frazier's Subtle theme. I find it rather ugly that it insists on putting a "Leave a comment" link at the bottom o each pst even though commenting is globally defaulting to off.

   Edit the template file(s) and remove any reference to comments. Most likely to edit: index, single, archive... files.

   Ach. My face is red. An updated version of the theme addresses this. Thanks!
