   I am using 'WordPress Classic 1.5 by Dave Shea' as theme.

   I configured that anyone can Register and expect prompting for login info before allowing any writes to the blog.

   This did not happen and as administrator or contributor on the main page, I could not find a 'New Post' button for me to enter a new post.

   Please help.
