class-itsec-logger.php error when trying to access file?

When I try to access this file: http://fiddlersites.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/admin-bar-fs-sites-logo.png directly, via the browser address bar, I get a “not found” page with the following error:

/home/fiddlers/public_html/wp-content/plugins/better-wp-security/core/class-itsec-logger.php on line 246

Any ideas why this is happening? The file is actually being loaded just fine in the WP Admin. I’m using WPMUDev’s “Ultimaate Branding” plugin and that file is loaded in place of the WP logo in the admin menu. As long as I’m on the back-end of the site, it loads just fine. But accessing it directly, or on the the front-end of some sites, it’s broken.
