[resolved] Circles Cropped (8 posts)

Since upgrading to the new version of Customizr, all the circles on my homepage are cropped. (I upgraded to the new WP too but that was after we identified this problem.)

Previously the images worked fine, but now there is anywhere from a 1/6 to 2/3 of circle is "cropped" off the bottom and is just white space.

The zooming is still working, but my client LOVES the circles and I don't know why they are cropped.

Can you provide a link to the issue?

    Sure - http://marbillhillfarm.com/lab6/

Maybe the new release has changed the alignment of the image in the circle?

    There's a site-down/countdown message at that link.

Sorry, it's a client site which is still under dev. Maintenance mode is OFF now, and you should be able to see the issue with the circles being cropped at: http://marbillhillfarm.com/lab6/

    Hi,
Try to re upload the images and set them again as featured for your pages.
This should do the trick (if their dimensions are at least 270px wide and 250px high)

=> Customizr will automatically create a specific image size to display images properly.

    Hope this helps,
    Nicolas.

Thanks Nicolas, that worked like a charm!

    Cool.
An even better alternative solution is to use the Regenerate thumbnails plugin. It will create all the correct image sizes for your theme. Awesome!
