Change the permissions, upload your files, and change the permissions back.
Or, use FTP instead.
I used ftp but ...

I have created it and also I have a jpg inside ...
but stil options in fusion menu are red and dont let mi choose a file from server still pointing to 777
Remove the uploads folder and the image. WordPress needs to create the uploads folder. Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.
