chmod to 777 or 755 I cant and dont wanna do that ... hackers friendly

but Fusion settings has options tu upload a header image, and header logo ... how can I do that ? by myself ? without enabling this 777?

  2. Change the permissions, upload your files, and change the permissions back.

    Or, use FTP instead.

Remove the uploads folder and the image. WordPress needs to create the uploads folder. Try changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.
