Chinese-Simplified Translation For Google XML Sitemaps 3.0.3.1

Hello,I have completely translated the great plugin Google XML Sitemaps 3.0.3.1 to Chinese Simplified.

The Chinese users can now download here(from Google Code):

The author of this plugin may include this translation files to the new version.
