Child Theme sometimes loads with formatting messed up

Hi, I’m using the theme Mog, but now as a child theme (with no changes, just anticipating some) and about 15% of the time my site loads the formatting is all messed up. I would blame it on my browser rendering it, but the problem never happened when I used just the normal theme. I think the problem rests somewhere with the responsive design?
