I created a child theme for Twenty Eleven according to the manual, i.e. a style.css with more or less a pointer to the main theme. The reason was that I wanted to use customized templates for pages.
However, without any other changes than those discribed to get a child theme to start with, my website got sort of mirrored (not pictures and text was still from left to right) and everything became right aligned. I had three menue items (Home, About, Photoalbum, Panoramas), with the child theme active they went right aligned and switched places (Panoramas, Photoalbum, About, Home).
Also the page looked really weird when opening it from a mobile device. Besides that the theme still was then Twenty Eleven.
Anybody knows what this could be caused by?
