Would like to know how to remove a post on [website removed] Some pervert has posted a picture of my niece and sister along with vulgar sexual comments on this site and this needs to be removed. Is there an easy way to do this or would legal action be required?

For obvious reasons, I'd rather not visit your link.
If it's a self-hosted WordPress site, there's nothing we can do, as the blog and its contents are entirely self-contained.
I recommend that you use http://www.whoishostingthis.com/ to find out who the hosting provider is, then get in touch with them, as such content must be against their terms of service.
If it's a "Powered by WordPress.com" site (notice the .com), contact their support department immediately: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
