[resolved] Child Page Not Showing Up In Menu (3 posts)

I've looked around the forum and see lots of people asking this question, but no real resolution. The child page I just created will not show up in the menu on my site. I created it the same way I did the other 3 child pages under this particular parent. It shows up correctly in my dashboard, indented at position #4 under its parent, but not on the site. I've tried changing its position, making it a parent-free page, giving it a different parent, etc, but it still will not show up anywhere in my menu. I am running the default Twenty Ten right now, until my company logo is finalized and I choose a new theme. Any ideas regarding why this has simply stopped working for me?

It should show up as "Policy Guide" under the "Services" tab:

  2. Are you using a custom menu? Try looking under Appearance > Menus and see if it needs to be added.

    Christine,

That did the trick! It had been so long since I created the original pages that I had forgotten I set custom tabs. Making a note of it now so I don't forget again.

    Thank you for your time!
