Child page not appearing under parent page

I added a new page and selected a parent page for it, so it would show up underneath the parent page when the mouse is over it. The child page is not showing up at all.

The permalink appears correct: http://www.twincitiesfrugalmom.com/deals-events-calendar/summer-county-fair-list-2012/

Why isn’t it “Summer County Fair List 2012” showing up under “Deals & Events Calendar?” It shows up on the top right of the screen as if it’s its own parent page.
