This is the prob n would love some help plz.
when i add a new page to my "our staff" page it does not show wen i try to navigate "about/our staff/" but wen i preview the page directly from the dashboard i see the page plus the following url "about/our staff/john doe".
I then try going in to menus add the page "john doe" to "our staff" and made it a child of same page but what i get is an overlap where "john doe" is over "our staff".
would really love some plz help or advice, oh my theme is "NewEra".

without seeing the problem, it is difficult to make any suggestions.
there is no trace of 'john doe' in your site;
what exactly do you exspect to happen if you put another child page under 'our staff' ?
ok the name john doe is made up. the mane is 'ron whyte' and would like it to be a child of 'our staff'
have you checked that your menu supports this level of child page?
no where n how check for that ?
for instance in header.php where the code for the menu most likely is?
i dont av access to those right now im workin in the wp dashboard
'dashboard' 'appearance' 'editor' - then make sure your theme is selected, and select the header.php from the list on the right
ok i find it wat am i lookin for directly, n is there any way to fix r alter ?
