Checkout Problem

    Hi,
    I have a couple of blogs hosted on the same package.
    One is huggies15.co.uk, the other is graciesglitters.co.uk.
    graciesglitters is nested inside the huggies 15 directory (a seperate folder and wordpress installation).
    Everything is working fine with the 2 blogs, but i have now added a shop to graciesglitters. When I try to buy something fom the car I am taken to a page on huggies15.co.uk, and not on graciesglitters.
    The permalinks are set to show as graciesglitters.co.uk/page_name, but this one redirects to huggies15.co.uk/grace/checkout, without actually having a checkout page.
    Am I doing something fundimentally wrong, or am i missing a setting somewhere.

    Any advice would be amazing,
