Checkout does not work!

    Hey guys!

    I am working on a website for a store I work for, and the dang website does not work 100%. The issue I am running into is that items added to the cart will not stay in the cart when you navigate to a new page, so the customers not only will not be able to checkout, but add more product to their cart. I thought it was the theme I was using (WPStore), but when I tried to use a different eCommerce theme, it did not work either, so I am not convinced that it is the theme. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    You would need to ask for support through the vendor where you bought the theme if you are referring to the one Templatic.

    These forums only support the free themes in the directory here.

    I have tried the free themes and other paid ones. None of them will allow the items to stay in the cart when the page is changed or refreshed.

    Try deactivating all your plugins with the exception of the shopping one. Could be a conflicting plugin.

    I have none activated. WPStore does not come with a separate plugin. Never needed a separate plugin on a site I worked on some months ago

    I’m sorry but as you are using a commercial theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors. We do not support commercial themes as you paid for support when you bought the theme. It is not our place to keep theme vendors in business or deprive them of any income that they may derive from support services.

    Switch to a free theme for we can then diagnose the issue.
