Checkout Breaks at Order Confirmation since upgrading

    I have recently updated to WPEC 3.8.14.1 and updated my database.

    When going through the checkout process, the order confirmation page breaks and I cannot complete the sale. Not even sure how to begin to troubleshoot that.
