    hi , i install the wp-backup plugin and its looks kewl ..

    but when i start to backing my blog its show me this error for my php.ini file

    Checking PHP Functions (passthru(), system() and exec()) ...
    passthru() disabled.
    system() enabled.
    exec() disabled.

    Please Rectify The Error Highlighted In Red Before Proceeding On.

    am not the root for my server and they cannot change disable/enable these function for sure for security reason ...

    so i think there is a way to add a .htaccess file in the plugin folder thats disable and enable any function i need to disable it to make this plugin to works !

    can anybody share this .htaccess disabling function for us ?

    Probably not. It would defeat the purpose of your host's security measures if they could be overridden in .htaccess: the point is they don't trust you not to misuse those functions.

    By the way, my backup plugin was written with avoiding such restrictions, but admittedly it doesn't have all the whiz-bang features of the one you're referring to.

    Your host has probably provided PHPMyAdmin in the control panel; use that.
