   Just a heads-up that something between 1.8.1 & 1.8.4 broke the checkbox functionality; they just cease to appear after updating. Reverting back to 1.8.1 solves the issue; I haven't checked any intermediate versions.

   can confirm this.
   checkboxes disappear after update to 1.8.4...

   Do not forget to set the value attribute.

   alright, now i see. until 1.8.4 the value wasn't required and 1 resp. true was set...

   maybe you could highlight which options of a field are required in the reference list...?
