How do you remove the “Check this box to confirm you are human.” checkbox?

Hi mate, I managed to remove that option, here is my wp-customer-review.php code now.

Because iphone/ ipad users doesnt see the checkbox…

I’d be interested in a copy of the wp-customer-review.php, that you created. I’m having an issue of 3 check boxes being displayed on my review page.
I assume it is being caused by a js or jQuery conflict with the theme Arctica.
