Check out page not loading

    I can not get my check out page to load.

    When I go to woocommerce_status I get this error.

    WP Remote Post: wp_remote_post() failed. PayPal IPN won’t work with your server. Contact your hosting provider. Error: SSL read: error:00000000:lib(0):func(0):reason(0), errno 0

    I have tried turning off all Plugins and changing my theme
    I have also tried making cash on deliver the default payment still nothing.

    Any suggestions.

    I tried making cash on delivery the only option still nothing.

    I contacted my hosting provider and they said the problem was not on their end.
