Check boxes not showing up in questions

    Its reading WordPress Database Error at the bottom of my page
    please help!

    Try disabling all plugins (except wp pro quiz) and use the default wordpress theme. See if you still get a database error. If you still get the database error, post the database error message.

    Also make sure you are using the latest WP Pro Quiz, and have the latest wordpress installed.
